"Project imports/updates" isn't available : Support

"Project imports/updates" isn't available Print

Problem: When I go to the menu, the "Project imports/updates" option isn't available and I have Content Manager permissions.

Solution: Reload the page using your browser's Developer tools and choosing a Hard refresh or Empty cache and hard refresh.

Access Developer Tools (in either Chrome or Edge, select More tools/Developer tools from the 3 ellipses ...)
Right click on the browser refresh icon and select Hard refresh or Empty cache and hard refresh
