Cortex supported single sign-on (SSO) methods

  • No single sign-on: If you do not want to use SSO, select this option.
  • Windows: (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory) Select this option if you are hosting Cortex on-premise. The configuration varies based on your company's environment. Please work with your Eos Group technical consultant to explore this option. Note that Windows single sign-on is not supported for the majority of clients who have Eos host Cortex on Eos Group servers.
  • OAuth 2.0: Select this option to use Open Authorization 2.0. Complete the fields for this method:
    • Provider: Select the provider you are using with OAuth 2.0, Microsoft, or Google.
    • Client ID, Client secret: Use copy and paste to enter the information from your Microsoft or Google account.
  • OIDC: Select this option to use OpenID Connect.
    • Information for your identity provider: Copy and paste the information in this section to your identity provider portal.
    • Identity provider information: Copy and paste the requested information from your identity provider portal into the corresponding fields in this section.
