If you've received a .key file from your Eos consultant or Eos Support, this file may be used to update your Eos Navigator license. Please see the following steps to update the Eos Navigator license with this .key file.


Note: If your Eos Navigator license has expired, see this solution.


  1. Launch Eos Navigator...

  2. If prompted, at the Eos Navigator Subscription Will Expire Within a Month window, click Close.

  3. With Navigator open, select your initials in the upper-right...

  4. Scroll down and select the Update licenses hyperlink.

  5. At the Select license key file window, browse and select the .key file, and select Open...

  6. At the Update Licenses window, select Close...

  7. Confirm the updated license information (User license(s), Server license(s) and expiration date) is as expected.
