Automated expiration warnings
- When the expiration date comes within 90 days, once a week when the Admin accesses the system, they will get a pop-up warning message that they have to dismiss to continue. +
- At 60 days, any Content managers will also get the weekly warnings
- At 30 days all users will get the weekly warnings
- Each warning event along with all expiration and renewal events will be tracked in the client's database and will include:
- Date/time of the event
- The user name of the person experiencing the event
- For warnings, the days remaining to expiration at the time of the event

- Title = License Expiration Warning
- Body
- Includes scary red exclamation mark icon (file attached) with a frighteningly bold "Renewal notice" heading
- "Your subscription will expire in <number of days till expiration> days. To avoid interruption in your service, please contact Eos Group, Inc. to renew.
- Once a the license key is updated with a valid key, the Admin - License info page is updated and any warnings reset based on the new expiration date.
When the system expires
- When any user signs on and the license key has expired, a page opens with the following messaging:
- Heading = Subscription expired
- "Your subscription to Cortex Project History has expired. If you have received a new license key, click below to update it. Otherwise contact Eos Group, Inc. to renew.

- Opens the Update License window
- Accessible by any user role
- Update license key
- Once a the license key is updated with a valid key, all users can access the system as normal according to the new expiration date.
