What is Safe Mode? Safe Mode is a special mode that allows administrators to access Navigator in a non-production state. While in Safe Mode you can more effectively diagnose issues and apply configuration changes to resolve them.
How do I access Navigator in Safe Mode? Administrators can access Safe Mode by holding the CTRL key while launching the application.
What features are not available in Safe Mode? While in Safe Mode access project mode is disabled. Additionally, a license is not acquired from the license pool while in this state.
Can I access Safe Mode while other users are logged in? Yes. But changes may not be apparent until the user re-launches the application.
