The Windows Event Viewer Application log records warning generated by applications running on your computer, including Sage Estimating. When an application crashes, closes unexpectedly, or encounters a runtime error, Event Viewer often contains additional details that can help support identify the cause of the problem.
To Export the Application log:
- Press Windows + R to open the Run window
- Type eventvwr and select OK
- In the left pane, expand Windows Logs.
- Select Application.
- In the right pane, select Save All Events As…
- Save the file to your desktop using a name such as: Application.evtx
- If needed, compress the file into a ZIP file before submitting.
